Here is the normal Sims 2 Limo modded into an ownable, drivable car.
This Car can be found in "Misc/Vehicles" at a cost of (approx.) $6,000.
You must have the Nightlife expansion pack to use this mod.

Known Issues:
Because this is longer than the normal Nightlife car, sims wil walk through the front third of the vehicle to get to where they are going.(a little annoying but you can manually plot a path around the front)
When whoohooing the original mesh for the windows show up, so I would avoid that for now.
I hope to release an update soon with both of these issues fixed, so check back from time to time.
The length of the vahicle is longer than one driveway section.
Due to the length of the vehicle, the front end leaves the side of the driveway slightly as it is turning in.(it needs a wide berth, see pic)
